Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Seesa is built and operated by Pentatonic Ltd ("Pentatonic", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information Seesa collects, how it is used, where it is stored, and the choices you have. The short version: your data is used to run Seesa for you, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't show ads, and nothing leaves your workspace without your approval.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider.

Connected workspace content. Seesa only reads the tools you explicitly connect — for example email, calendar, documents, and team chat. Each connection asks for its own consent, and you can disconnect any of them at any time in settings.

Usage information. We collect logs of how the service is used — sign-ins, feature activity, and technical events — to keep Seesa reliable and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to provide Seesa: building your agent's working memory, surfacing what needs your attention, answering your questions with sources, and preparing actions — drafts, replies, events, documents — that only happen after you approve them.

We also use it to operate the business around the service: support, billing, security monitoring, and improving how Seesa works for your team. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content for advertising.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Seesa may access Gmail (to read, label, and archive messages, and to send only the replies you approve), Google Calendar (to read your schedule and create events you approve), and Google Drive (to read your documents, and to create or edit only files Seesa itself creates).

This data is used solely to provide the user-facing features described above — briefings, answers with sources, and prepared actions gated on your approval. It is never used for advertising and never sold.

Seesa's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read this data except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security or abuse investigation, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.

Where it lives and how it's protected

Seesa runs on Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to what each part of the system needs, and every workspace's data is isolated from every other's. A SOC 2 report is available on request at [email protected].

When we share

We share data only with the service providers that run Seesa — cloud infrastructure and AI model providers acting under data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes, including training their models. Beyond that, we disclose information only where the law requires it, or as part of a corporate transaction with equivalent protections. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your workspace is active. When you disconnect a source, delete your account, or ask us to, we delete the associated data from our systems within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep specific records. Deletion requests go to [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, export, and delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Under UK and EU data protection law you can also complain to your supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

Children

Seesa is a workplace product and isn't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we'll update this page and tell you — in the product or by email — before they take effect.
